On Saturday, October 22, 2022, OCPA will welcome undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and graduate students interested in the field of Student Affairs to the Careers in Student Affairs Conference at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. This year's conference will center on the theme "Finding your Place!"

The conference will afford attendees the opportunity to learn about the profession of Student Affairs, explore the numerous functional areas within Student Affairs, develop skills necessary to enter the field and be introduced to some of the historical and contemporary aims of higher education as a profession.

The conference offers opportunities to:

• Network and build lasting connections with current and future Higher Education and Student Affairs practitioners at all levels, undergraduate students, graduate (Master's & Doctoral) students, and faculty.

• Discover and explore various 'tracks' or career paths that include Higher Education and Student Affairs.

• Engage in a Graduate School Fair to learn about graduate and doctoral program options and requirements within and near the state of Ohio.

Please consider submitting a program proposal to present to an audience of students considering and preparing for a career and/or advanced studies in Student Affairs.

Topics should focus on the conference theme, "Finding your Place!", but can span a wide array of topics from professional skills and development, functional area spotlights, selecting a graduate assistantship, and more!

The deadline to submit program proposals is Friday, September 23, 2022.

• 2-4 Learning Outcomes
• Short Outline of the Presentation
• 100 Word Abstract
