This session will begin with a brief overview of the Sense of Belonging Committee's research and key findings, highlighting factors that influence student belonging across campuses. This session will allow participants to engage in guided table discussions using questions derived from the research to encourage collaboration and idea sharing. Together, attendees will identify actionable next steps to strengthen belonging and connection for students on all campuses. Through this interactive format, the session aims to promote shared understanding, generate innovative strategies, and inspire continued commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive campus environments that enhance student well-being and engagement.
