As two student affairs professionals who have worked in unique and dynamic communities, we've found that some students are simply harder to reach. But that doesn't mean they can't be meaningfully engaged. This session shares creative, realistic, and student-centered approaches to connecting with those who don't always respond to traditional outreach. Through personal experiences, practical examples, and innovative engagement ideas, participants will explore new ways to build authentic connections, foster belonging, and spark involvement among even the most disengaged students.
