The use of art-based therapy in higher education, for both the student body and administration, can promote employee well-being, manage stress, and enhance team dynamics in a demanding work environment. While research tends to focus on students, the therapeutic benefits of creative engagement and hands-on experiences are transferable to high-achieving professionals in administrative roles. By creating an outlet for non-verbal expression and mindfulness, art can effectively address the unique pressures faced not only by students but faculty, university leaders and staff.
