We are seeing a decline in bachelor graduates' employability. With AI's ability outpacing many junior-level employees, entry-level jobs are shrinking. This leads to graduates being underemployed or entirely unemployed. Strengthening our students' inimitable human skills and educating them on AI as a tool we can prepare our students to be competitive within the job market. Inimitable skills have been identified, and we need to equip our graduates with them. We have to choose whether we let our students fall to the wayside or adapt to the career readiness of the 4th industrial revolution.
