Discover how Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles can help higher education professionals transform institutional purpose into measurable impact. This session highlights the evolution of Operational Excellence at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED)—from the early adoption of LSS to the growth of a campus-wide Employee Empowered Excellence culture. Through real project examples from Accounting, Medical Simulation, and the Office of Strategy, participants will see how continuous improvement fosters efficiency, engagement, and collaboration. Attendees will also engage in interactive activities and discussion designed to empower higher education professionals to initiate meaningful improvement within their own institutions.
