This session highlights the evolution of Operational Excellence at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED)—from the early adoption of LSS to the growth of a campus-wide Employee Empowered Excellence culture. Through real project examples from Accounting, Medical Simulation, and the Office of Strategy, participants will see how continuous improvement fosters efficiency, engagement, and collaboration.
