This session will explore effective strategies for transforming strategic plans from static documents into dynamic tools for continuous improvement. Participants will learn how to operationalize strategic planning on a quarterly basis and develop robust systems for accountability. Using the Office of Student Life at Ohio State as a case study, we will discuss the program review process, the integration of strategic and annual planning, and the use of Smartsheet for tracking progress. Emphasis will be placed on fostering partnerships and securing leadership buy-in to ensure the success of these initiatives.
