This interactive session centers on the dual perspectives of mentors and mentees, strategies for forging intentional bonds, differentiated meeting approaches, consistent communication, and exposure of varied career trajectories. Participants will engage in reflective activities and collaborative discussions designed to strengthen mentorship practices, foster mutual learning, and reimagine mentorship as a co-authored journey toward shared success.
