This session provides an introduction to the Appreciative Education framework, a model of practice that builds on Appreciative Inquiry and Appreciative Advising. The presentation includes an overview of the principles that can be adapted to different settings, and specific tools that can help support student success, supervisory effectiveness, and institutional leadership. All attendees will receive a resource guide to support their efforts to foster thriving students, flourishing staff, and positive leadership practices.
