What inequities exist for international student-athletes within Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policies? A critical policy analysis using Bowling Green State University's NIL policy and other relevant documents exposed three themes: fine print exclusion, restrictive employment policies, and social class discrepancy. Rooted in Museus's (2014) Culturally Engaging Campus Environments (CECE) model, recommendations aimed toward athletics and senior campus administrators can be adopted to mitigate the effects of these policies.
