Each year the Ohio College Personnel Association (OCPA) conducts elections and appointments to fill roles within its Executive Board. From graduate students to senior student affairs officers and faculty, involvement in OCPA is a great way to contribute to the field of Student Affairs and build a network of colleagues across the state of Ohio. The OCPA Board meets virtually and in person throughout the year to fulfill the mission of the organization. Board roles serve in varying years of commitment and the official transition occurs in June/July. I encourage you to review the General Responsibilities, Desirable Characteristics, and Job Descriptions to see if there is a way you can help serve our association.
The OCPA Executive Board is just one of many ways to be involved in OCPA and we hope you will consider participating in this year’s elections process.
