OCPA is excited for our upcoming Annual Conference on January 30 & 31st at the Doubletree Hotel in Worthington, Ohio! Our theme this year is Balance: Promoting Professional and Personal Thriving.
As higher education professionals we understand the importance of life balance both for our students and ourselves. How do you encourage your students, coworkers, friends, and family to take that much-needed self-care? How do you do self-care?
We understand that our members have a great deal of knowledge to share and to limit it to a specific area would not be conducive to our organization's mission. Therefore, your proposal does not need to be related to the conference theme. We encourage you to submit a proposal about topics related to what you have learned, your area of expertise, changes in policy, or how your institution is navigating challenges. Of course topics related to how you are promoting or creating balance are welcome! The possibilities for sessions could be endless!

Important Information for Presenters

Presenters will be provided with a projector, screen and cart in each room. Presenters must bring their own laptops. If using an Apple computer, please bring the appropriate adapter to use if possible; we have a limited supply to provide.

Each session will be 60 minutes in length.

Confirmation of presenter terms:
- I have communicated with all presenters for my program and I (they) have agreed to present this session at the 2020 OPCA Annual Conference.
- If accepted, I (we) agree to submit paid conference registration(s) by the registration deadline of Friday, December 6th 2019. Should ALL presenters not be registered by this date, we are aware that our presentation may be removed from the conference.
