You're invited to join SOCHE for another virtual lunch and learn, entitled "Strategies for Creating More Inclusive Meetings," on Wednesday, Feb. 23, beginning at 12 p.m. The session will be presented by Dr. Julio Quintero, Associate Director for Inclusive Excellence Education and Initiatives at University of Dayton.

Meetings are perhaps the most common structure that shapes the life of every member of an institution. Hearing everyone's views and concerns is a key requirement to creating an inclusive climate in an organization. However, making a meeting inclusive goes beyond giving everyone a chance to talk. The purpose of the meeting should be the starting point.

Join us for a workshop designed to explore meetings and their purpose, and learn concrete strategies for ensuring everyone at the table is included.
