SOCHE Leadership Development Program

SOCHE is pleased to announce that we will host their first virtual-based Leadership Development Program during the 2022-2023 school year. As part of their 55th anniversary celebration, this program will encompass seven webinars focused on helping early-to-mid-career higher education professionals garner knowledge and skills to move forward on their career paths.

Most of the webinars will be presented by faculty, staff, and administrators from SOCHE member institutions, which allows them to share their expertise with a broader audience. Participants will need to take part in five of the seven webinars to earn their SOCHE Leadership Development Program certification. The series will culminate in a celebratory luncheon for those who finish the program during the spring of 2023.

The first session, entitled "Creating Learning Opportunities Using Podcasts," will take place on Thursday, Oct. 13, and will feature presenters from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Everyone who signs up for the program will automatically be registered for all webinars in the Leadership series.

Cost: $75 - for SOCHE member institutions, those not a part of SOCHE are able get it at member cost by registering as and OCPA member and using the discount code OCPA2023
