OCPA Summer Book Club

We will be hosting a summer book club! This is the first of two books. Our first book is Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man by Emmanuel Acho. Our first 5 people to sign up, will get the book free! For those of you who just want to go ahead and get th book, you can choose whichever retailer of your choosing to buy the book. Amazon does have used copies as low as $3 and some new at $6 (shipping cost and longer delivery), it also available through Kindle for those who prefer a digital copy. 

The plan will be to read on your own and we will meet one time to discuss the book. We will send out weekly emails with chapters to read and questions to think about, but again, you can read at your own pace. We all know that our semesters are always packed with work, and our summers always packed with vacations and getting ahead! 

We will have a small group as they tend to be better for discussion, but we will have a waiting list and if we get another group of 10 then we will start a second group.
